We provide our software with a yearly based license. This entitle the end user to run our software in unlimited computers or users, to ke

ep our software running Euristika Software LLC  provides the following services:

  • Web design and development.
     

  • 24 hours 7 days a week support via website.
     

  • Monday to Friday 9:00am 7:00pm EST telephone support (except on holiday).
     

  • Interim releases with fixed.
     

  • Two official release every year, with new feature, upgrades and fixes

Initial setup cost will include additional charges for the following:
 

  • Printed form customization.
     

  • On site setup.
     

  • On site training.

  • Data conversion. (if needed and if possible)
     

  • Web services and other related modules requires customization.
     

  • Technology escrow account.
